1. In Code-X you need to solve the Source Code (which is the mystery sentence in the top screen.) This sentence is linked thematically to the themes you have chosen. 2. You start by choosing one word out of three in the word tumbler (Screen 1). This word should be as closely related to Cypher as possible. 3. You select a total of 7 words and then start to solve the Source Code (Screen 2). 4. To solve the Source Code, you need to "launch" one of the 7 Words by selecting the word. The selection of this word will then present glowing box options in the source code that will reveal the hidden letter once you click it. (Screen 3). 5. Depending on the words you choose, you can reveal more letters that will give you clues on what the Source Code is. 6. Once you are able to solve the Source Code, you can tap solve which brings you to (Screen 4) and allows you to select the letters that will complete the words. 7. If you also use all the 7 Words, then automatically, you will be presented the solve state as well. Have fun!!!

Three words appear in the Word Tumbler. Choose one of the words and 3 more words will be generated that are associated to the word you just selected. By choosing wisely, the words can lead you closer to the Cypher - a special word that will reveal more of the code. When 7 words are selected, it is time to reveal the code.

Choose one of the words you have collected. It will move to the centre. Swipe the centre word up to launch the word into the code. Depending on the quality of the word, you will reveal different clues. • A Cypher will reveal 3 letters in the code. All the blank spaces will glow and you may choose 3 glowing blank spaces and the letters there are revealed. • Key Words can reveal up to 2 letters in the code. If any of the letters in a Key Word match hidden letters in the code, those blank spaceswill glow. You may choose 2 glowing blank spaces and the letters there are revealed. • Base Words can reveal up to 1 letter in the code. If any of the letters in a Base Word match hidden letters in the code, those blank spaceswill glow. You may choose one glowing blank space and the letter there is revealed.  • The Key Tumbler will appear if the letters in the Key Word or Base Word have no matching letters in the code. 3 letters will appear and at least one of those letters will match a blank space in the code. • A Source Word is the original etymology of a word. Typically the Source Word will be in Greek, Hebrew or another ancient language. When a Source Word is used it activates a Source Power that can reveal many letters. • Source Power Random: 4 Random letters are revealed in the code. • Source Power Last: The last letter in each word in the code is revealed. • Source Power First: The first letter in each word in the code is revealed. • Source Power Vowels: All Vowels (A,E,I,O,U) are revealed. • Source Power Mid-Cons: All consonants that are not the first or last letter of a word are revealed. • Source Power Keys: The Key Tumbler is activated 6 times. • Source Power Word: One entire word is revealed in the code. • When all 7 words are used, Solve Code will begin. • You may select the Solve Code symbol before using all 7 words to goin a higher score.

• The first Blank Space will glow and the Key Tumbler presents a selection of 3 letters. One letter is correct, the other 2 letters are random unrevealed letters.  • You select a letter and it will appear in the glowing Blanks Space.  • When all the blank spaces are filled, hit solve to discover if the code has been solved.  • If all the letters are correct, the Code is solved and the reward screen will appear. • If the letters are not correct, one of your remaining words is removed at random. If you have no words remaining, the code will be unsolved.

You will receive Zephyrium each time you play and this is presented to you at the end of a game level. Your score is calculated by: Solving the Code (3) Selecting the Cypher (3) Selecting each Key Word (1) Selecting the Source Word (5) Every Word Remaining (1) Replaying the same level (-10)

1. The Reward Word is awarded when the Code is solved.  2. The Reward Word is chosen randomly from one of the 7 Chosen Words collected during the level. 3. If you wants to “re-roll” the Reward Word for a different word you spend a Prism. 4. When the Prism is spent - the current Reward Word is removed from the word pool and now the Reward Word is randomly selected from the reduced pool of words. 5. The Reward Word is added to your Lexicon

The Lexicon is your personal collection of Reward Words. In the Lexicon, the player can view all their Reward Words, and see any traits the word has.

• Prisms are resources that can be spent to re-roll a Reward Word. Prisms can be gained in these ways: • Each new account is awarded 3 Prisms • Daily Login reward, the player receives 1 Prism. • Prisms can be bought for 100Zy in game currency • Unlimited use of prisms can be acquired for a limited time. 1 hr $4.99, 1 day $9.99, 1 week $19.99, 1 month $39.99.

• Zy is the in game currency of Code-X. • Zy is awarded at the end screen and added to your account. • Zy can currently be used to convert into Prisms • In future updates Zy will be used to upgrade your experience.

• The highest total leaderboard will track who has earned the most Zephrium (Zy). • The highest average leaderboard will also track who has earned the highest average score. You must complete at least 10 levels to compete in this.
